Returns + Exchanges
When your order arrives, open it up and take a look. If anything isn't as expected, got damaged in transit, doesn't fit properly, or doesn't impress you, let us know and we'll make it right.
Damaged in transit:
The post office is sometimes less careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic!! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. If possible, please send us a photo of the damage so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.
Returns + Exchanges:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, or you need a different size shirt, please contact us for a return authorization, then mail your items back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email.
Please include the original packing slip with your return/exchange. If you do not have your packing slip, please enclose your order number inside the package (this can be found on your confirmation email).
For exchanges, please let us know which item you are exchanging for.
Returned items must be new, unused and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be refunded, or may be only partially refunded.
Returns must be processed within 30 days.
Sale items and Mystery Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
