We ship to almost every country. The most accurate way to find out is to add items to your cart and go to checkout. Once you enter your address you'll be able to see the cost to ship your order. If you see prices, we ship to you!
Right now, due to the ongoing political situation, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.
First and foremost if an item is damaged or destroyed during shipping, or if it has an imperfection that slipped past quality control, you can always let us know and provide pictures and we'll send you a replacement. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a refund. That said items need to be inspected as soon as they are received and any issues need to be reported right away.
If an item is part of our Seconds Sale, then it may have the imperfections described in the sale or listing, but if it arrives with new damage due to shipping, we will still replace or refund it.
Items that are part of Mystery Boxes or sale promotions (including items that were free as part of a promotion), cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered as-is. Once again if they sustain damage during shipping we will provide replacements.
If you have purchased something not addressed above and wish to make a return, please use the form above to start a return. All items must be in new unused condition, etc.
We use recycled kraft paper void fill and compostable packing peanuts, paper tape, recycled corrugate boxes, and on occasion, recycled or recyclable plastic mailers.
Any packing peanuts in your order are completely biodegradable – they never styrofoam – and they are water-soluble. You can simply wash them down the drain or put them in your compost pile.

We aim to get all orders packed up within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
You'll see estimated shipping times at checkout, most of which are between 2-10 business days for domestic USA shipping (longer if your shipping address is overseas). We're based in Oregon, so if you're on the East Coast, things will take a little longer to get to you than if you're closer to us. Please keep in mind that these shipping estimates come directly from the carriers, and they can be overly optimistic.
In our new post-COVID world, shipping times are no longer guaranteed, so the provided shipping estimates are just that – estimates.
