Social Impact
A diverse workplace is a healthy workplace. In addition to being minority woman-owned and led, we work to create meaningful longterm careers for adults with disabilities, and we treat our team members as family when it comes to vacation time and healthcare.
Sustainability at Work
This goes way beyond the standard curbside recycling. We have an onsite compost bin where we turn food scraps and coffee grounds into garden soil, we collect and drive plastic film to a special drop point where it can be recycled, and each year we conduct an energy audit where we look for ways to improve our efficiency.

From certified fair-trade organic to 100% recycled materials, we’re always working to find opportunities to use less water and fuel, eliminate plastics, and minimize waste so that we can continue to operate with pride for decades to come.
