I ran into this company's tumblers at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and I knew I had to have more than just one! I had some questions I wanted answered before buying the 9-pack, and the customer service person I talked to was very quick to respond and very helpful. The tumblers themselves are sturdy, large, and easy to hold even with my hand that's still healing from nerve surgery. I also like the designs - they're great for parties since everyone wants to look at their scientist and then they're easy to remember and distinguish from across the room. One or two of the tumblers' boxes had a "Not Dishwasher Safe" sticker over the top of the "Dishwasher Safe" printing on the box. I haven't noticed any problems putting any of them through the dishwasher, but thought I'd mention it.
