The bag is amazing, my chemistry class all chipped in to buy it for our teacher who's retiring (she's a feminist of course!). I purchased it two days ago and it got to my house at 3, I am so impressed with the shipping speed. I didn't notice the zipper in the bag from the pictures online but I like it. The canvas material is a good thickness and the gold parts of the portraits have a little bit of glitter that doesn't look like it is going to wear off. I like how the bag has a square bottom so it will stay upright when its full, most tote bags will just topple over!
