I did not realize when I ordered that this would be a mega mug. 20 whole oz. My husband does not drink that much coffee!! SO, he is using it for soup, something we make often. He loves his folding bicycle and also this cup. I love the completely recyclable packaging, also.

I bought matching mugs for two friends who are science teachers because I wanted to surprise them with a back-to-school gift. I contacted customer service, and they helped me send the mugs anonymously...so imagine MY surprise when my friend called me and said she LOVED the "anonymous" gift! She has been buying Cognitive Surplus stuff for years and quickly recognized the company name on the box, so she contacted them and strong-armed them into giving her a hint about who sent her the mugs. She and her husband think the mugs are wonderful; she and I both had fantastic, warm customer service experiences with the folks at CS; and my entire experience--from choosing the gifts online to chatting with her on the phone for two hours after they showed up on her doorstep--was an absolute delight. Will DEFINITELY be coming back to get more cool stuff.
