In general I LOVE the Cognitive surplus notebooks, I’ve been using them for years, all through grad school.
And this Nebulla version lived up to the hype! It’s so gorgeous!! I love the paper quality, I’m kind of a paper freak and the thickness and smell is just amazing. I never feel like the pages are going to rip easily. I tend to write kind of hard and with other notebooks, I’ve had my pen or pencil just rip straight through the page. Also, it absorbs my gel pens well so there’s no smudge. I’m left handed so smudging is always a risk, but not with the pages of these notebooks. I love the dot layout of the pages because it helps with drawing figures or graphs, and I can still write regular notes as well. I hope they come out with a Nebulla notebook that has the strap to keep the notebook open like some of their other notebooks have. But until then, I’m loving this notebook :)

The black pages are killer, the quality of the notebook is really great and well put together. My only wish is that it had a pen loop to keep one with it, since it has to have a specific pen to show up.

Very cool gel colours, love the metallic finish and how thick these write. Be careful if you’re heavy handed and don’t touch the paper for at least a minute or so. Very cool product otherwise
I don’t know where the blemish is and don’t plan on looking for it, very happy with how nice this looks despite having some sort of defect. The glass is very sturdy and it’s very easy to hold. Whiskey serves very nicely in these.
