Beautiful journal. Well-made. I don't want to write in it.
Lately, I have a "thing" for butterflies. I was purchasing a few items from Cognitive Surplus as gifts for others, but when I came across this butterfly notepad, I knew it needed to "land" on my desk. The colors are gorgeous, the design intriguing, and the paper is excellent quality! I will enjoy using this notepad for my lists, musings, and possibly even letter writing (to bring back an "ancient" artform...). Highly recommend!
I know notepads are supposed to be "use and get rid of" items. But this notepad is so NICE, I don't want to use it up. But I will, and then get another!! Excellent paper for smooth writing. Excellent border design. I find myself intrigued by the different elements incorporated into the design. Great notepad for letter writing (if anybody does that anymore) and for making lists. If you have to make lists, might as well make the paper enjoyable!
I'm not even in the sciences, but I LOVE this stuff! I want it not just for gifts, but for myself.

Beautiful notebook, great for studying mathematics. Mine came in slightly damaged but support was quick to respond and easy to work with. I've been looking for a product like this and am glad to have found it, I love it.

Gave these pens as a gift to 2 medical friends and they got a good laugh from the name of the pens. Actual pens write very smooth! I bought the stormy skies set to use on the dark matter paper journals and the ink flows so smoothly it is almost as if the pen slides across the paper. Am am enjoying them immensely! Will definitely purchase more!

Beautiful handmade paper, dyed and printed with a variety of classic cephalopod illustrations. Going to frame a sheet and use the rest for gifts because they look so good.
Exactly what I expected! Such a cool concept to have a journal for whatever you desire to write. It keeps it fun and the gel pens look great on the black pages.
The cards, notes, and totes are very high quality. Beautiful design. My only error in last order was in the number of Christmas cards, meant to order the 6 pack, but only ordered one. Well, guess I’ll have to place another order😳, and that won’t be hard.
Only downside is we are arguing over who gets to use which one. Such great glasses! Will definitely buy more.
