When will I get my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse and then shipping times vary between 1-7 days depending on how far your package is going. Estimates for the time a package will take to get to you are available at checkout, but these estimates are not guarantees. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Express mail at checkout. The postal service does NOT guarantee delivery times except on Express mail.

Can I come pick my order up in person?
Unfortunately, we don't have a storefront and we can't accept visitors at our warehouse.
I got my tracking information, but when I click on it, no information is available!
Tracking info is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.
My package says it was delivered, but I didn't get it! What do I do?
If your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you don't have it, please do the following before contacting us (we don't have any more information than you do):
- Ask your neighbors if they may have gotten it by accident.
- Consider if someone else in your household might have picked it up or received it and put it somewhere unexpected.
- Look around at all the doors of your house (sometimes packages get left at a side door or porch, or fall off the steps).
- Talk to your postal carrier and your local post office to see if they have any more information.
What countries do you ship to?
International shipping is available to all countries.
How much does it cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of your order. Rates are calculated at checkout, so go ahead and put the items you'd like in your cart and input your address to see how much it will cost.
When will I get my order?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 days and typically take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on how long it takes to process through customs. If you think your order should have arrived but it hasn't, please check with your local post office as sometimes packages are held there if VAT taxes are due. Any taxes due at the time your order arrives are your responsibility. Please do your research and know what your country's tax rate is on merchandise from the United States before placing your order so you are not surprised.
The tracking info showed my package moving, but then it looks like it just disappears!
If you select standard shipping, we ship using the postal service, and tracking data on these packages will often end when the package departs the USA, so when your package reaches the point where it crosses the border, or gets on an airplane to go overseas, the tracking info may just end. After this point, we don't have any more information to offer, but your package is still on its way! Once your package arrives in your country and clears customs it will be delivered to you. If you think it should have arrived already, please check at your local post office, as sometimes international shipments get held there.
The good news is we have now partnered with a package forwarder, and if you live in a country they service, you'll be presented with an additional shipping option at checkout called "Tracked Shipping". This option is often 20-50% less than Standard Shipping, and you'll get a tracking number that's valid right up to your door. Please allow a few extra days for this type of shipment, as packages have to be sent first to the forwarder before they will make their journey to you.
The holidays are upon us! At checkout you will see estimated shipping times for your order. Please make sure to add 2-3 days to these times for processing.

Every year during the holidays, the postal services experiences delays due to the heavy volume of mail. In general, they do a pretty good job, and most packages arrive when they say they will, but if you chose to ship your package via the postal service - (within the USA or internationally) and your package misses your deadline, there's nothing we can do to help.
Below are the suggested cut off dates for ordering if you want your order to arrive by December 25. After these dates, your order still might make it in time, but we can't make any promises. These dates should be used only as a guide, the postal service does not guarantee First Class or Priority Mail delivery dates.

For more reliable delivery dates, please select FedEx, or USPS Express.
FedEx delivery dates are available at checkout once you have entered your address.
For guaranteed service, please select FedEx or DHL. The US Postal Service does not guarantee their delivery dates.
Shipping time estimates are available at checkout. Please add 1-2 days to DHL and FedEx shipping times for order processing.
How do I know what size shirt to buy?
The sizing chart is here, before placing your order, please take a look to make sure you've got the correct size.
Can I customize your items?
If you're looking to add your company logo to something we sell, please get in touch with us. We can often accommodate customization requests on orders of 50 pieces or more (of the same design). Unfortunately, we aren't able to customize single items.
Could I get a different kind of paper in my notebook?
Please refer to our Learn Beautifully page to see what paper types are available for which cover designs. At this time we aren't able to offer customization requests for the inner page style, but if there's something you're burning to have, please let us know so we can keep it in mind for future development!
The post office is sometimes less careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic!! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. Please just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging if possible so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.
We stand by all our products. If something isn't right with your order, or you aren't satisfied, use the contact form on the website to get in touch with us so we can fix it.
If you've ordered the wrong size shirt, please use the contact form on our website to request an exchange. We're happy to send you out the correct size for free, the only thing you'll need to pay for is the return shipping on the shirt you have.
