Amazing company, products, and customer support
I got this mug for my wife at a local grocery store, and she loved it. However, after only a couple of weeks, the handle started to crack and separate - we're not sure why... we don't think we mishandled it, but it's possible it got damaged under other dishes in the sink or in the dishwasher. Regardless, we contacted Cognitive Surplus and let them know what happened, and they immediately sent out a replacement to us free of charge. We will forever be fans of this company from now on!
